My toolbox includes:

  • YOGA ASANA – the physical practice with mindful movement to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance in body and mind. My love is gentle asana. As we slow things down we gain a more subtle awareness of our physical, energetic, emotional, and cognitive well being and can cultivate a greater capacity to respond with right action.

  • YOGA OF SOUND – using Mantra to connect with your authentic vibration. Finding and falling in love with your voice. Creating harmony between your inner world and outer world. 

  • MEDITATION – it’s not just sitting, there are many doorways into the same room. Explore what resonates with you. Cultivate a loving and compassionate relationship with your busy mind. Grow your brain-body connection. 

  • iREST® YOGA NIDRA – a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditation shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and chronic pain and improve sleep and overall well being. Yoga Nidra is also referred to Non-sleep Deep Rest (NSDR)

  • YOGA PHILOSOPHY – offers a structure for how to live in harmony with the ups, downs, and in-betweens of life. More and more, modern-day science is reflecting this ancient wisdom. 

  • LOW PRESSURE FITNESS - Based on an innovative postural and respiratory training system, LPF combines myofascial stretching, postural and respiratory re-education and neurodynamics to tone and strengthen the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.

  • NUTRITION– how you choose to nourish yourself is vital to your vitality. As a trained holistic health coach my view is there is no 'right' way to eat. While I advocate plant-based, whole food, organic and local as possible, I know this is not available to everyone and 'it depends' (on location, availability, season, allergies and sensitivities, etc). Thus, I believe in bio-individuality.

  • NATURE – our provider, greatest teacher and source of unending inspiration.
