The practice is based on the 10-step protocol of iRest® Yoga Nidra. iRest, short for Integrative Restoration, is an evidence-based, trauma-informed mindfulness practice that combines the ancient teachings of yoga nidra with modern-day psychology and neuroscience for health, healing and wellbeing. 

All sessions are via zoom.
