GENTLE STRENGTH YOGA

In this class, we use both flowing movements and mobilizing poses linked with breath to challenge and strengthen the physical body and mind. Through intelligent movement, we develop a keen awareness that takes us into a deeper understanding of our own being - connecting our practice on the mat to our life off the mat.

This series is a service of the Concussion Resource Center. It is free and open to individuals experiencing persistent symptoms as a result of concussion and their caregivers. The teachings are cumulative, attendance to all sessions is recommended.
