With social distancing and shelter-in-place the new norm, here’s an opportunity to nurture your relationship with yourself. This 6-week series uses movement, mantra and meditation to bring a sense of balance to body, mind and spirit. 


Course includes:

  • Gentle Yoga to connect with your body.

  • Mantra to connect with your authentic voice.

  • Meditation to connect with your soul. 


What you will get:

  • A safe space to be you. 

  • Tools to reduce stress and anxiety in body and mind. 

  • Strategies for working with difficult emotions and beliefs. 

  • The science behind how it works. 


What to bring:

  • Your yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow (or washcloth) and pillow.

  • Journal.

  • Curiosity.

This course will be offered live via ZOOM video conferencing. Classes will be recorded so if you miss one, or want to re-watch it, you can catch the recording.
