A 4-week Intro to iRest Meditation for individuals who have experienced concussion and their caregivers.
No experience or special skills necessary.
Learn the 10-step protocol of iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation, a research-based meditation, relaxation and healing protocol. The practice of iRest enables you to deeply calm your nervous system, integrate difficult thoughts and emotions, and offers a portal for awakening to your essential nature.
Research shows iRest effectively reduces stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and post-traumatic stress disorder, and enhances joy, equanimity and well being in daily life.

Week 1: Sankalpa, the iRest trio of Intention, Heartfelt Desire and Inner Resource
Week 2: Body and Breath Sensing
Week 3: Feelings and Emotions... and their Opposites
Week 4: Thoughts and Beliefs.... and their Opposites
$20 for the entire 4-week series
The Bozeman Concussion Resource Center will cover the cost of the first 10 participants (individuals who have experienced concussion/s and their caregivers) and 50% thereafter.
